July 1, 2009 marked both the beginning of my first term as alderman for the City of Springfield and my first public office. It is truly an honor to represent the residents of Ward 6 and our lovely city, and I pledge to do my utmost to promote fair, fiscally responsible policy during my term. I also pledge to listen to your ideas for and concerns about ways in which we grow and promote Springfield among middle Tennessee communities, taking care to preserve our history and hometown atmosphere while encouraging healthy growth and opportunity.
